Q: What is your protect privacy policy?
A: We are committed to protect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer's information in any way. We will never pass your information, your email address or your personal information on to anyone else. Nor will we use it to market additional our products and offerings to you.
Q: Who are your artists
A: Our artists have, on average, 15 years of experience and they all have advanced degrees in fine arts. We have a large team of artists.
Our talented artists have created hundreds of thousandths of paintings for art lovers around the world, as well as clients that include the Royal Family, major hotel chains, luxury cruise-liners, museums, interior design firms, the largest real estate developers, Hollywood production companies and many more.
We have many artists who specializes in People, Landscape, Still-Life, Animal, Religion, Abstract etc.
Q: Are your paintings painted by hand or by machine
A: Our paintings are handmade, at the same time we offer glice print paintings. If you want order glice print paintings, please contact us and let we know your order, then we will give the price details!
Q: Are you wholesaler or manufacture
A: We are manufacture and we sell our product to the world. Buy painting direct from our studio, so it is cheap that you order from us. Further more we guarantee our quality and good service. Also we wholesale Oil Paintings to the world
Q: Why do i need to be a member
A: It is not required that you should be a member so that you can make an order! But being a memeber, you can build a pic house to stock your favorite pics, you can track your order and get informed the procedure of your paintings and receive notifications of sales promotion by Email.

About Shipping

Q: How do you pack the paintings
A: The paintings are covered by a piece of thin film and are rolled into a protective, hard cardboard tube (unframed paintings).
Q: How do you ship paintings
A: We delivery our product all world by express, by air and by sea.
Door to door express, like : Fedex, TNT, DHL, UPS, EMS
It need 60kgs by air, and 200kgs by sea. If delivery by air and by sea, you have to clear the customs and bear the charge for clearing, and charge the fee of transportation from the port to your home.
Q: How long before I receive the painting
A: If you buy from our stock, you can get in 5-7 days through express. If you buy by order, we need 1-3 weeks to finish it.
Transportation Schedule : (The customers may choose any way according to concrete conditions.)
DHL spend 3-5 days;
EMS, TNT and UPS 4-7 days;
Air transportation 7-15 days;
Transportation by sea : 20-30 days.
Deliver to remote areas will take more days.
Q: I need to pay customs or taxes
A: As with most purchases, paying any local customs or taxes is the customer's responsibility. However, it has been our experience that 99.5% of the paintings arrive untaxed.
Q: Why I still can not receive the painting for very long time
A: We guarantee your satisfaction and strive to ensure that your order arrives complete and within the estimated delivery time frame. Occasionally, however, packages may become lost, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf, such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Also you can contact the express company local. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, please contact us.
Q: What if my painting is damaged during shipping
A: In the very rare case that your painting arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and take a photo of the package so we can receive the package back from the shipping company and claim the insurance funds. We will then paint a new painting for you and will ship it to you within 10-15 days. This extremely rare circumstance does not constitute a reason for a refund as the damage is the responsibility of the shipping company and as we will paint for you a new painting for absolutely free.

About The Art

Q: I can't find the painting on your online gallery, how can i make the order
A: We can paint any painting or image, in any size, even if it is not available on our website. Please email us the pic which you want us to paint, or you can upload your pic or the link of the pic to us. We will give you the price details when we check the pic.

If it is an existing painting and you have an image of the work, you may attach it to your request. If you do not have the pic, you can tell us something about the pic, such as the name of the artist, the title of the piece, and in what size you would like it etc.. We will do best the find the pic. It is our honor to service for you!

For portraits (our photo-into-painting service) we will need a clear image in which the subject fills most of the frame and with sharp focus throughout. Please note that we can only paint paintings and images "as is" with few or no changes. We cannot paint a painting from a description. view most popular paintings.
Q: Do your paintings with frames
A: All our sold paintings are not with frames, but we certainly do sell frames and stretchers. However, shipping a painting framed and boxed greatly increases the chances that it will be damaged during shipping. Also it will add the delivery cost. We put so much effort into our paintings that we simply do not want to take the risk. So we don't recommend you to buy the frames.

We ship our paintings rolled inside a protective tube with one and a half inch of extra canvas on all sides so you can stretch or frame them locally at any local frame shop. It is much safer. If you would like to have your painting gallery wrapped, that is, for us to include extra painting canvas on all sides, please make a note of this in the comments box, during checkout. We will add the extra painted canvas all around the painting at no extra cost.
Q: What are the materials of your works
A: Oil, acrylic, canvas, linen, cracked canvas, wooden board, copper, paper, crayon, pencil etc.. By default our paintings are painted with oil on canvas, but we can also paint on linen, cracked canvas or wooden board etc. that all according to your request.
Q: Can I change the painting's aspect ratio
A: Yes. Please email us your request. We can change the painting's size, adjust its aspect ratio, or modify its color per your request.
Q: Can i change the background or the head of the people in the painting
A: Of course! we will work on the paintings according to the customer's request! Some of our customers always like to put their own head pic onto the people in some famous works. Such as in the pic of Monalisa. Samples
Q: I have a photograph. Can you paint it? (Portrait / Photo into painting)
A: Of course. Every day, we create original pieces from photographs that our customers provide. We produce portraits, recreate wedding photos and even paint beloved family pets. Q: My original photo is blurry. Can I send more than one photo for detail
A: Yes, we have experience adding detail to a painting from multiple photographs. Perhaps it's detail for a family crest, the writing on a sweatshirt or just a hairstyle. Our artists can use the details that you provide to make your painting capture even more details than the original photograph did.
Q: Can you add color to a black and white photograph
A: Yes. That's a frequent request from our customers. We can paint color portraits from old black and white photos or damaged photos and can even provide some color correction. Here's more samples. | Request a Quote
Q: Can you create a new oil painting from a bunch of different photos
A: Definitely. It's called a composite painting. Since our artists start from scratch there is no limit to what they can add to or subtract from the original photos. An example could be a family portrait with an additional person, a different background or a photograph painted in the style of a particular artist. Q: Do you have quantity limited for custom painting
A: No quantity limited for custom painting.
Moulding frames and stretchet bars : $2000 at least.
Q: Will your artist sign the painting
A: By default our paintings are unsigned. However, if you like, you can request artist sign it. If you need any specific signature, please email us the detail.
Q: Are your reproductions copyrighted works
A: Every painting in our gallery is either in the public domain or being sold under license from the estate of the artist. World heritage like Da Vinci, Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir... There's no need to worry about copyright infringement. If you find on our database a work of art which you suspect as being unlicensed, please notify us immediately.
Q: Is the information of order safety
A: Yes, it is. We will never pass your order information, your email address or your personal information on to anyone else. We sincerely protect all your personal information and keep it as top secret. We do not sell or share our customer's information in any way.
Q: Can I see the painting before you ship it
A: Of course. If requested by you during checkout or email us, we will email you a digital photograph of the painting. You can look at the image and ask for revisions or approve the painting for shipping.

Q: Do I pay upfront for the painting or when I receive it
A: You pay when you place your order with us. Before we begin working on your painting, we need to know that you have the means to pay for it. All online transactions work this way, and keep in mind that all paintings ordered from us are backed by our 100% money back guarantee(not including the stock paintings).
Q: Do you offer any guarantees
A: Yes, in fact we offer many. The first guarantee happens when, if requested by you during checkout, we email you a photo of your painting before we ship it. Our guarantee is that we'll revise this painting until it meets your expectations.
Our second guarantee is refund guarantee(not including the stock paintings). When you receive the painting; you are free to return it for more revisions or else for a full refund minus our actual shipping cost -- which is. Please note that the painting must be in its original condition (unused and undamaged), portraits cannot be returned if they have been approved by the customer prior to their dispatch. Our return policy is valid for 7 days and the return period is from the merchandise arrival date and is not valid for custom orders. The money back guarantee is not transferable to 3rd parties, you cannot order a painting for someone else only to "discover" that he is not interested.
Q: Can I get back my payment if I am not satisfy your painting
A: Yes, you can get back your payment(not including the stock paintings). Even after approving the initial emailed photos of the painting (excluding portraits), if you're unhappy with the painting, you can return it to us for revisions. In the unlikely case that we cannot improve it to your satisfaction, we will refund you minus our actual shipping cost. You may ask for revisions until the painting meets your expectations. Our return policy is valid for 7 days and the return period is from the merchandise arrival date and is not valid for custom orders. The money back guarantee is not transferable to 3rd parties, you cannot order a painting for someone else only to "discover" that he is not interested.

PayPal Refund Policy:
1, If you have received the painting, Please send back the painting parcel. (refuse to collect the package). We will deduct the freight and the processing fee of PayPal then refund the rest to you.
2. If you haven't received the painting yet, we will deduct the processing fee (5%) of PayPal and refund the rest to you.
Q: How do I return a painting
A: It is compulsory to contact us before returning a painting(refund not including the stock paintings) and await exact return instructions. Our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Returned merchandise must be wrapped & packed in the original tube. Merchandise must be returned as instructed.
